Trillium Camp

The Trillium Curling Camp

The Trillium Curling Camp Staff continues to plan for the 2021 camp in the hopes that the Covid-19 pandemic situation will ease enough to allow us to run a camp.

The Trillium Curling Camp is now in its 26th year, hosting 96 junior curlers each time it takes place. The selected juniors will receive coaching from the best coaches from Ontario and across Canada who make the camp a wonderful experience for those involved. Guest presenters in the past have included Russ Howard, Wayne Middaugh, Brad Gushue, Mark Nichols, Kaitlin Lawes and Scotland’s David Murdoch to name just a few.

The 2021 Trillium Curling Camp dates will be updated as soon we we have any information and again will take place at the KW Granite Club, Waterloo, Ontario with accommodation at the Wilfred Laurier University. Meals, accommodation, coaching, ice time, camp picture, shirt, daily bus travel and extra-curricular activities (swimming, bowling, pool hall, a dance and other fun, evening activities) are included in the camp. The costs for the camp will be covered by MMCF in addition to chaperones to meet those selected on arrival and departure and hosts for any additional accommodation that may be required before or after the camp.

The instructors love what they do, and it shows. Each one is certified in their field, and regularly attends (or leads!) seminars and workshops about new trends and techniques.
